Would Trading For Chad Billingsly be a good idea?

I will be trading rich harden and adrian gonzalez and I am skeptical because chad lost his first game tonight...will the dodgers be able to help him win more game in the future or is this a bad idea? thoughts??? also i am covered with albert pujols and justin morneau at 1st options
