Will I get a refund from Angela Penbrook if I called customer service, talked to a person and got auth #?

I signed up with Process from Home by Angela Penbrook on March 26th without checking out this Angela Penbrook. The next day I came apon a couple of websites stating that it is a scam and no one can get a refund. I called customer service, talked to a live person ( I think he used a fake name) and got an auth #. Did anyone else get the same thing?
