How to get a 2001 plymouth noen out of theft mode?

my car is in theft mode. or locked up. i dont know wat to do to get it disabled so my car will start. if anyone knows what to do pls tell me. ive found a manual for a 2004 which is very similiar and it told me nothing. any help will be appreciated thank you.
