Who is at fault in this accident?

i was in the parking lot coming out of one strip of spots and i was in an collision, it initially appears that im at fault because the front right side of my car damaged her rear driver side door. however i believe they were traveling way too fast, maybe at 25? (the person is notorious for going to fast at school) additionally she was in the middle of the "lanes" this was shown by their 15-20ft skid marks. its obvious she made very little attempt to get avoid the accident. because they were possibly oblivious. any chance i will get one of the "splitting the blame" things that is in WA.
