What is a good product or remedy for flaky skin?

I actually have pretty good skin. It doesn't seem dry but there's little flaky parts around and on my nose and on my cheeks. Moisturizer makes it disappear at first but doesn't really help. It sometimes reappears when I put foundation or makeup on my face and if not, it does after wearing the makeup for a few hours.. If there's nothing I can do that's okay. But let me know what you think.
