What is a Chicken Drummette?

I have a recipe for Chicken Drummettes but I have no idea what that is? I mean I found the textbook definition that it is the fleashy part of a chicken wing but how do I get drumettes? Do I have to buy chicken wings and cut them off, or does the grocery store have them in the fresh meets section or is this something I buy frozen by Tyson or Banquet?
