Student loan problem?

How would I get a studet loan of 20,000-2200 when some only offer 7,500? I am turning 19 and I have no credit. I am currently paying on a car payment but it wont be finished for be to establish credit. I also dont have a co-signer. Does anyone know a couple sites of student loans that will give that amount w/out credit and a cosigner? please answer!
