Keep the appointment. Extraction procedures are fairly quick and straightforward. You will be in and out in no time. Don't worry if they'll get sick, they are wearing masks. If your already feeling sick you've been eating soft foods, and you'll just continue doing that. Keep the appointment and get it over with, you'll have to do it eventually.
