Is it okay to eat calves liver 2 times a week?

You crave it for the iron. A multivitamin with iron should be enough. Otherwise, have your hemoglobin checked. I would not eat it that often dur to high cholesterol. If in doubt, next time you see your internist, ask. He/she will check for anemia. You don't want too much or too little iron.
